Student Loan Forgiveness Fairness Vs. Constitutionality

Student Loans. Did you attend school? Did you take out loans? So the debate is ongoing. It is onto the supreme court for the forgiveness because people debate whether it is constitutional. Really? Maybe it is closer to whether the debate isn’t constitutionality but fairness. Would you have gone to school within a certain time frame if $10,000 was going to be forgiven if you didn’t go? Or did you go but pay off your loans already, have scholarships, work through college, or have tuition reimbursement. You don’t get the forgiveness that you had to work to attain. Also, certain majors might not be required for the jobs or careers they fulfill; however, teachers, doctors, & attorneys require degrees for their field. There are some loan forgiveness programs available for them which require them to earn less and/or other negative factors.

Really? What if you had saved up and paid cash for your school? You could have an extra 10 grand. Or if you could have gone to a better school that costs 10 grand more… But really these are all hypothetical scenarios. The problem is school is getting more and more expensive and in some cases becoming businesses for profit. However compensation to the employed graduate for profit isn’t offered within industry. It can be a struggle, which is one of the arguments. If students were paid for schooling like doctors might be, but then everyone wants a hand. Like the pharmaceutical companies, health insurance, and hospitals, and of course the university med school tuition and the instructors. What if it is streamlined like that in each field? Scary? Who knows…

I love the idea of inclusive opportunity. But what would change? Taxes? Each side can call the other side selfish… Selfish for not paying for your own opportunity vs Selfish for not caring about opportunity for everyone. If society suddenly altered it to pay for everyone’s education, then where would we be? One other side note. The 10 grand waiver is for people earning less than $125,000 a year. That is a far cry from many starting wages out of college. And it is really relatively high. After 10 yrs with NO PAY RAISES WHATSOEVER, you’d have $1.25 million in earnings. That is really extensive. Granted, someone earning $100,000 could have nearly $1 million student loans, so maybe there should be a stress test formula. Since after all, another student loan receiver could have only $30,000 in student loans and earn $95,000 a year. So, there are of course many factors to consider.

The end point to this article is the student loan forgiveness might not go through because there is so much push back against it. But the push back might not be there if it wasn’t an equivalent offer to all. It appears there might be fairness vs constitutionality wordage. So people will remember this and be happy or upset about either side of the debate because of their personal history with higher education.

American Airline I_pad rant

They had to learn to fly without the I-pad originally. American Airlines pilots have an I-pad that unfortunately was described as crucial.To send flight plans to. Flight plans have been in other formats. Pilots should buy their own personal i-pad but seriously! A company issued ipad,  for flight plans, come on. The plane might crash cause they ran out of fuel and didn’t have their flight plans  cause the battery was low. We need to watch it. Pop culture.

People are on these planes. I-pad additions sound like a wreckless tool to fit in at first glance. But the sound ways to transport flights and passengers (people) safely from one destination to another. Chant it. Wee need our flight plan. We need our flight plan.

On our I –  pad though?No! So no news. They were out at the air port again. Ran out of stories. Check the airport. They might have one. This story is about the i-pad and the imperative-ness the airlines gives to it, calling the i-pad ‘crucial’ to flights. How did they fly before the i-pad? Did they transmit flight plans other ways of email or radar? Or print them out. A device not attached to the a plane. But separate is subject to low battery issues and misplaced, not having it on the flight. If the device doesn’t need to be a pop culture i-pad. What. These 1 million dollars a twelve, pilot-y aren’t in or what?

USA today reported on February 24, 2015 – ” google’s attempt to jump-start wallet like deja vu… and The staks could be huge if Google, Apple, Alipay, PayPal or someone else develops a reliable, profitable electronic system”shinal, john.

Mobile payments they don’t appear to be preferred. Just a tool available in the event of emergency. People still write a check and mail it to their credit card company or maintenance utility company fees. They still might use online bill pay. But software app systems are different. Do these systems offer reliable or profitable for those who need it for their business. How you pay right now doesn’t really offer cash payment options close until you buy a pre-paid google play or pre-paid pay pal gift card.

Texas Ski Resort not occurring

An indoor ski resort response to news in Texas. On February 25, 2015 USA Today reported that in north Texas, the city of Grand Prairie: “A $215 million indoor ski resort is no longer coming here. WFAA – TV reported. The grand Alps Resort and Hard Rock Hotel says it wasn’t able to reach a deal with the city. The company says it’s looking for a place to build in the North Texas area.”

While I am in the Dallas surrounding areas of Texas, it’s a devastation and a loss to your local neighboring city to lose out on this like it was an Olympic location. As requisitions of taxes and other forms of required payments made fund many building of stadiums, use of private use for these buildings funded by the poor and rich has been argued. Created grants, approval through federal grant applications through funds of monies that this city has paid in pre-process preparations and probably won’t get money back without refund of grants issued or staff meetings and the costs to pay for such negotiations with the resorts isn’t nearly as high as if the resort would have been built, while more administrative processes would occur in the city.

215million dollar indoor ski resort in Texas sounds a lot better than other locations where it would still be cold in the event it is hot outside to cool away the cold. Sounds perfect for the wanting this opportuntity for the right athletic ski-er. I hope they will review or revisit this later as the resort is reported to still seek a North Texas city. So, not the Nevada deserts or Oklahoma or Louisiana swamps.

Mavericks sports commentary

01.17.15

Last night the Mavericks Dallas played the nuggets (denver). Mavericks led the whole game, ending each quarter in the lead, baskets away. They both have good seson win/loss ratio records at that point, now about 24, – 3 for Mavericks. Mavericks fans must have liked the points ahead for lower negative stress by  keeping points and/or baskets ahead. I watched the game, It aired on fox this time, not like UPN or something. (Players were at it, but in other sports news, local headlines are still talking about the playoff game of the Dallas Cowboys NFL team and the will be infamous call on hail mary’s coach challenge. I clapped and cheered for the Mavericks and they reported how Dirk did in leading scoring points of 97 to about 89 toward the end of the night. The television screen looked good and the cheerleaders performed fabulous with a costume change. Very exciting for those not into how the game, is things to look at like advertisements on the camera screen in the arena, cheering defense in the crowd, or chanting with the crowd and of course, half time shows to watch, mascots and cheerleaders. Ultra lights – I don’t smoke

These are mine, cigarette ultra lights. They are 305 silver for those who don’t smoke. Lights which can hardly be there, disappearing cigarettes,  reappearing cigarettes. American Express card pre-paid. Now, even though, typically associated with credit cards, you can get an american express card pre-paid. they are at Target as well as Wal-mart. You can register your card at serve.com and pre-pay and upload funds. After buying the card, you go on the internet with it or purchase items at various stores or those accepting American Express. It is neat. Options. Like mastercard and Visa card options are neat as gift cards for people to hand out to purchase gifts of necessities and wants. I don’t think most people choose it as to not prefer some of the fee rates as opposed to no fees on specific pre-paid gift cards to stores or restauraunts which don’t charge purchase fees. People like the options though for Mastercard and visa and American Express options. Get your new card in the mail after registration for online activation, the next step before continuing to use and add funds.

Take time out for activities, resting and/or a hobby. Schedule a rest, an unstress. Make sure you live something healthy that you can remove your some of stresses. Light on Write

So there are only 36 sheets in my notebook. 72 on front and back of this new one. I used to really like writing in pencil preference. It’s closer to thanksgiving on November 17th, 2014 and the cold says it is winter as well. The sun is up warmly and shoots at the unwanted parts of the cold. Will I cover all 72 sheets with substantive article materials? Probably not so much as seeked as I would plan for writing/printing in pencil. The curtains stop a blocking the heat through the windows sun seeping the chilling airs while rays of light fall directly aiming and heating  and warming the areas of the sun invisions through in straight directs, metals in the cold, hurt like coins and stuff. The waste of this read isn’t a waste of my writing to begin a good again, – To again another print, a type – a publish – to speak write well for entainment is or acadmic, for study or leisure. I might not waste time in 36 sheets. 72 My writing material will see the sunlight of millions of article or book purchasers for Rosette’s material writes of print/press through beyond a vision into reality in my preserred past not hopefully in the soon, or maybes but (I talk this way) as test released book.

seeing – believing – second one?

today I read a comment about believing and seeing….

I think we believe in what I see a woman in white headphones. cellphone. Feels akward fine accessories, [necklace/watch] so does her bracelet and fine accessories not matching the plainess of the bracelet I think our culture matches to a child and their attentive care toward it should they have too much attention to it.

They are excited about their jewelry – like the woman – taller grown up. Boots – neat leather and stylish, not the stereo typical jean matching. OH no! she did her nails. (a braid in her hair) My studies of her do not match and if my studies were told of existence I would not necessarily believe in them, but I see her. Her pen?! what !? I won’t begin or continue on that as instead I’ll attempt to re-capture my readers with this bad write.

So, 135 boring words for a moment if you don’t get what I mean in this seeing is believing description. The rich on food stamps because they cannot afford their nutrition necessity, placing 22 spinners on their century old buick! ah, no – exaggerate indeed. um…I like it. This is liked so. children on cell phones. A male, in a hot pink neon. Well, it is more like a highlighter green, but doesn’t match every male and the difference between the highlighter scarf and a bright pink dress/skirt one  – whatever. Well, I don’t have to believe it. It was a scarf. But it is actually a safety construction vest. (for seeing) – It prevents a lowers accidents, increases alrert-ness and awareness of individual locations when operating such equipments. But I saw it. It would have been to believe in if I didn’t continue. I saw it, believed to see what it turned out to be and believed in it instead. What if it isn’t a construction safety vest?

Purple is a girl color to me like a hot pink dress. His style and maybe this male could closer wear the highlighter scarf and he can pass the purple sweater half way because printed is LSU and now the girl he is with wears a male hat but she passes it with a Texas tech university hat and it is red, a girl color. They went and made the garment, hat male unless, really obvious girl. (sequence, glitter, dress, hot pink) — and so on.

That construction vest guy could almost pass the scarf, had he looked the preppy insult.(or something on those lines) The girl is classified as cute with curls and waves in her hair, making it possible the casual feminine sophistication outfit. (and she is with a guy)- she made her outfit a feminine sophisticated casual or dress, how she decides to wear it with this hat.  believe in her attractiveness and the show potential that could do when thinking this trend in culture.

The author has been so wrong recently. That there are values.
There are beliefs. There are convictions. Declaring a relationship between values and beliefs doesn’t mean that it is there. And when it is, it doesn’t mean as fact that the relationship is one thing. Is value more important than convictoins of such values in critical thinking.

How dare I stay on the subject as usual. Convictions and beliefs is what the book stated/.. – Not values and convictions – that’s mine. So – belief is within convictions or not conviction of feeling of thinking of belief in purpose of emotions of beliefs apart of the process of decisions of completed values belief and conviction thinkings and or conclusions whether thinking feeling or thinking just the processes of what happened however it is in the inclusion or out-clusion.

homework/studies more this isn’t allowed truancy possible age 16 is 16,000 hours in homework studies classroom — i was studying before class stressing after in between and during learning double learning demands add another three thousand hours…

Is  19,000 hours projects papers assaulting than to stop them from working on it – they work on it more time – more classroom learning studies in such extreme victimization . 0 hour options… summer school wasn’t added. This said – average federal regulations? Minimum federal regulations require more classroom time than television time. Aren’t known low truancy violations – that’s truancy… The average teenager by the age 18. No. That’s a lie Keep up…

Teens might study or prefer entertainment by the age 18 more hours as they are hurt less by the demands of entertainment – but financial hurt comes from elsewhere and not from the attacks of something good. They feel good about the expense of paying what the learned still feel hurt as sent to them from elsewhere.

I think I feel

no, these words are not used interchangeably. I am studying and came across a leisure reading – non – requisite and I disagreed with the comment –

I think isn’t interchangeable – people know what they mean when asked a question. Stated as fact. No they don’t. Oh. well they say they don’t. The understanding is simple and clear that on what is pointed out, stressed, the meaning, the importance they make at such. Others will be extremely stressed on accurate points of what they mean as far as what they are leaving as accurate. Meaning whether they are accurate are not to the point of the speaking.

These women I observe have a discussion or conversation used interchangeably or not yet in meaning of intentions. Not. Feel is different from thinking and the statement couldn’t be abrupt-ed as more wrong. – such slanted – I don’t write like this. Interesting. typically.

So, I feel weird. It is a feeling or thinking. I think they intentionally choose their words and I have asked this. Why do you say I feel. well. Maybe I will find the wonder answer to the whole thing soon. And when I answer why the sky is blue – people state this for maybe matching the subject matters discussed or personal preference. But I thought it was society or culture or as originally stated word choice and ridiculous to state interchangeable and maybe edited later for reading as the end there looks more academic.

Honda response to motorcycle – eeeww

Honda makes a motorcycle, I think yuck if I am some vehicle bad *ss- So, dorks by a different brand. I was like, “Take the label off and re-label it with a fake printed out off the printer am matching their font and logo” – It wouldn’t really be that – but if they money matched. Honda makes automotive compact cars. Honda – but a motorcycle – they – oh they don’t want a scratch start.

Nugenix. Oh I missed it again. The commercial for some weight loss pill. I know. I am going to write it down and check the website. It said, Nugenix dot com. That’s nugenix.com and see what kind of weight loss vitamin it is. How potent? is it really effective or really high costing? And while I think everyone else is going to get it cause I keep misssing the ad. Maybe GNC or Vitamin shope charge a sale some time? I probably will try to buy it somewhere for less if I could find it. so I will probably have to go to target, CVS or Walgreens. Nugenix.com sounds like new hydrolic lixors – extra lose weight. Nugenix – I’ll have to watch that commercial next time but God said I won’t so i wrote down the end website – not the phone number – Oh weight – it’s on. emergency research disaster perspective

This week I have focused on assigning responses in a list of things I took one part of one focus and one part of another – (this for me will focus on preparing and planning recovery post disaster studies) – i structured this posting and how I use it to write.

 

This week I have focused on assigning responses in a list of things I took one part of one focus and on part of another: research perspective in emergency management

. Does a emergency management perspective…. Emergency and disaster management perspectives are different from the victims perspective of those affected by disaster [It is also a different perspective from outsiders who pretend care and is there critical thinking from anyone other than those of real concern] And do they claim more critical thinking of emergency management to those caring about their-self from nature or intentional disasters?

They don’t classify the Oklahoma city bomber as a terrorist as much in the government/office building bombing. College student shooters aren’t either. But that is a point of view or perspective. So do the emergency managers say their critical thinking is just more correct based on general complained management practice of the established management from general perspective? One question.

The use of different critical thinking – more effective in disaster management. I think it is obvious that those affected by disaster negatively doing seeking and working to improve managing a disaster might not only have a different research perspective but since they seek optimal(ism) for the specifics, even if tit didn’t include others, was wrong to others – and (wrong to disaster research management) – Then on the specified focus – self research – would most likely be more effective to those specifics. Not in general unless they seeked this.

So, if they are capable an the workers research perspective ranges with or without concern doing beyond, just enough, less than enough more than enough and so on. it is a different effective seeking research disaster perspective. Purpose is definitely different, motivation of financial need and/or seeking more out in the potential situation of community purpose finding. Purpose for one affected might include goals seeked to do something better for them.. Essential concepts of research to work in the different worker research disaster perspeective of compensations of essential need. Then the topics of essential concepts of research to personal interaction to a disaster management ongoings from essential personal solutions to the damages from the disaster.

Response to what I just wrote….

Does it lead to more effective use through – does one perspective lead to more effective use through essential concepts effective their perspective and the concerns of social logic thinking in research management? I think it depends on what they don’t do with their research more than what they do with their research in regards to effective  disaster research management

10.22.14 – Kim Kardashians Birthday

Today was Kim Kardashians Birthday. They were at singer at some game or something on ESPN at 6:50 CST . Twitter. I wonder who the oldest is. if they car around that they kept up with the Kardashians. It’s her birthday she is older than me. Kim’s is in October.

My birthday was just earlier this month for just a moment of several hours, I began saying I was 33 while Kim, might now stop saying 33 most likely and will go on to 23! I mean 34. artic blast

They are calling the local icing rain looking and grounded a white frost like snow, an artic blast. The cold can at time hurt enough, painful at starting warmer colds in negative degree Fahrenheit wind chills. Cold winds in cold add worsen. Raining ice or raining hail in ice winds can hurt.

An artic blast termed was like warm, then hot and sudden cold. While it isn’t sudden, it is winter. They salted sidewalks and news makes announcements delays, late openings, and closed days. By Rosette
